This Privacy Policy explains how Titan E&C ("we", "us") collects, uses, stores and protects your personal data when you visit titanec.com.vn or interact with our services. We comply with Vietnam's Decree 13/2023/ND-CP on personal data protection.

2. Data we collect

  • Information you submit via contact forms (name, email, phone, company, country, message).
  • Technical data: IP address, browser type, pages visited (anonymized in our analytics).
  • Cookies and similar technologies (see Cookie Notice below).
  • For internal portal users: name, work email, department, role.

3. Purpose of processing

  • Respond to your enquiries and quote requests.
  • Provide internal collaboration tools to employees.
  • Improve our website and services using anonymous analytics.
  • Comply with legal obligations.

4. Legal basis

We process personal data based on your consent (when you submit a form), legitimate interest (for security and analytics), and our legal obligations under Vietnamese law.

5. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. We share data only with:

  • Service providers (Resend for email, Cloudflare for security, Umami for analytics) under strict data-processing agreements.
  • Authorities when required by law.

6. International transfer

Some processors store data outside Vietnam (Resend in Tokyo region). We ensure contractual safeguards equivalent to Decree 13/2023.

7. Retention

Lead/contact submissions: 24 months. Internal employee accounts: while employed + 12 months after departure. Analytics: 13 months. Backups: 30 days.

  • Correct inaccurate data
  • Withdraw consent / object to processing
  • Request deletion
  • Lodge a complaint with the Ministry of Public Security (Department A05)
